- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt plain (I like Fage)
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. dehydrated onion (can add fresh grated red onion)
- salt pepper to taste
Chop and shred all vegetables and place in a bowl. Add greek yogurt, dijon mustard, vinegar and spices. Stir well and chill in fridge until ready to eat. Yum Yum!
