But, these are not the best for a healthy dessert. I decided to make a faux donut using apple slices that resemble donuts. These Apple "donuts" are a delicious and healthy treat!

- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. flaxseed meal
- 1.5 tsp. water
